How our fees work
A guide to understand our fees, how they're charged and why investments are not visible to the public.
How fees are charged at Shuttle
We operate on a subscription model, charging investors €250 annually for platform access and a 10% performance fee on any realised gains. We do not charge transaction fees or commissions on investments.
Why we charge a membership fee
Accessing investments of this nature has historically been reserved for the ultra-wealthy, where transactions happen between known entities. Forging relationships and winning an allocation in these investments is extremely difficult due to their competitive nature. Because of this, Shuttle operates like a private members club and charges a subscription fee for access, as these are opportunities you won’t find elsewhere.
However, once a paid member, new opportunities will always be visible to you.
Why non-members cannot access investments
Due to the exclusivity of these investments, the founders and VC funds we co-invest with do not want the fundraising rounds publicly advertised. These are NOT available to the public and the information is not to be shared openly.
